Met de drukte van de afgelopen zomer op Schiphol waren de schermen met vluchtinformatie onze enige rode draad in een vaak chaotisch reis. Maar wie zorgt er eigenlijk voor dat deze schermen werken, dat de informatie klopt en dat ze überhaupt op de juiste plekken hangen?

Onze opdrachtgever is verantwoordelijk voor zowel de IT(software) kant, als de AV(hardware) kant, hoe cool Zij ontwerpen, financieren en begeleiden de digitale transitie van bedrijven. En zorgen er zo dus voor dat wij als reizigers altijd worden voorzien van vluchtinformatie op Schiphol, maar ze doen nog veel meer projecten wereldwijd

Je wordt onderdeel van het gedreven Customer Service & Support team. Dit hechte team bestaat uit 24 knappe koppen, die heel wat kennis in huis hebben en dit graag aan jou overdragen (en jij jouw kennis natuurlijk ook aan hen). Ze gaan lekker informeel met elkaar om, waardoor de sfeer in het team ontzettend goed is.

Als organisatie bouwen ze aan een community van talent, zijn doeners, stropen concreet en daadkrachtig de mouwen op en gaan met duurzame ondernemersgeest het collectieve avontuur aan.

Jouw hoofdtaken:

  • Je gaat aan de slag met preventief en correctief onderhoud aan de systemen van de klant;
  • Je gaat aan de slag met storingen in de AV & ICT systemen van klant;
  • Je configureert en programmeert de vervangende apparatuur op locatie;
