Who we are looking for:

We are seeking a positive-minded colleague for the Coordinator Customer Service role, someone who thrives on customer interactions and can elevate our Customer Service department.

Responsibilities include:

  • You prioritize customer needs and serve as the main point of contact;
  • You ensure excellent post-sale service to our customers;
  • You provide prompt solutions for both customers and Hapag-Lloyd.

Requirements:

  • You have at least MBO level of education and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role or an interest in shipping industry;
  • Specialized training related to the position is a plus;
  • You have excellent command of Dutch and good English language skills, both written and verbal;
  • You are proficient in common IT systems and applications;
  • You have strong adaptability skills.
