Group Leader (Test & Measurement Facilities) Introduction Does contributing to the world's most advanced lithography machines make you feel responsible and proud? Test and Measurement Facilities (TMF) tests and investigates hardware at part and subsystem level for feasibility, robustness and lifetime qualification and is part of Reliability department within the sector Development & Engineering.

The Group Lead is a highly motivated team player with excellent social, coordination and communication skills. Broad knowledge of hardware test methods and failure mechanisms. Able to represent the Test & Measurement Department (TMF) to internal customers. The Group Leader leads a multidisciplinary team of 20 direct reports in the most effective way. Attract, lead, coach, appraise and develop individual team members

Bachelor of Science / Master of Science in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Applied Physics or likewise.
Experience in leading a group of technical professionals either as Team Lead, project manager or group/line manager.
Proven ability to work in an international multicultural setting and be a team player.
Applied technical knowledge related to ASML technology and preferably knowledge on testing in a R&D environment
Team player with people focus, coaching skills and ability to build an effective team and a network
Ability to set direction, motivate and give feedback to individuals and team
Optimizing work processes to ensure high quality
I am seen as a leader of the team
I can use my wide variety of skills to mentor, coach, facilitate and lead the team and its surroundings
I see my team grow in their maturity
