If you are seeking an engaging role in production and have a passion for the food industry, we have an ideal position for you.

As a production worker at this leading player in the Almelo region's food industry, you will be at the core of the company's operations. Collaborating with your team, you will oversee the production process in the production facility. This process encompasses various food production lines catering to different product categories. For instance, the company manufactures a variety of tapas and other gourmet items like olives, spreads, dips, stuffed peppers, and more. Your responsibilities will include preparing the dishes, packaging, and labeling. Precision and compliance with hygiene standards are imperative. This role entails working in a two-shift system, with rotations starting from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Intrigued? Keep reading.

Along with your enthusiasm to dive in, you should possess the following:

  • Physical strength and willingness to handle occasional repetitive duties.
  • Prior experience in the food industry or production is beneficial, although motivation holds more significance.
  • Availability for a two-shift schedule spanning from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
  • Residence in the Almelo, Rijssen, Nijverdal, Vriezenveen, or Vroomshoop areas.
Arbeidsvoorwaarden

What can you expect from us:

  • Salary: A base salary for individuals aged 21 and above, starting at a minimum of €13.86 per hour, with rates varying based on your expertise and background.
  • Allowances: An extra 135% supplement for work conducted before 6:00 AM and after 6:00 PM.
  • Travel Reimbursement: €0.23 per kilometer (for a one-way distance of over 10 kilometers).
  • Working Hours: A two-shift schedule between 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
