Purpose of the Job

At InsingerGilissen, he/she will be part of the team in charge of the day-to-day general bookkeeping, accounting controls, regulatory reporting to National Competent Authorities and to the headquarter at Luxembourg.

Key Accountabilities

Together with the team in charge of the day-to-day management of all aspects of accounting, including accounts payable, general ledger management (fees & interest revenues, amortization, impairment and cost management) and maintaining Agresso software. Perform and participate at the closing of monthly and annual results. Report the tax declarations to local authorities (VAT/CIT) Maintain and improve the quality of Static Data (Management) Meet all regulatory and internal business requirements in due time and ensure compliance of the accounting/reporting with IFRS and Group valuation rules, in close cooperation with the Finance teams and in case with software providers. Collaborate or interact directly with internal and external auditors. Close collaboration with MIS/FP&A, participate with management and follow up of operating expenses and related provisions. Maintain and improve the set-up of the Engine database used for (regulatory) reporting to the group.

Knowledge and Experience

3+ years of post-secondary education in accounting, finance, business administration or a comparable qualification

Good knowledge of banking regulation.

3+ years of experience in accounting/finance in banks.

Fluent in Dutch and English.
