As a Facilities Coordinator in Sittard you will be working very all-round.

From developing policies and advice on facilities topics to supporting the implementation of these advice; you'll be involved You will be responsible for some of the facility resources and services provided for all Boels locations in Europe from Sittard.

You will enter into contracts with suppliers, arrange and maintain them.

You will also be responsible for producing reports on consumption and costs and provide management with savings advice based on analyses.


From your role as Business Partner, you are the first point of contact for the Boels organizations in some countries on behalf of the department for all facility issues.

Developments in needs and in the supply of products and services are coordinated by you with the relevant managers.

You are also involved in openings of new locations and in the integration of acquisitions.

Your responsibilities also include supporting colleagues in setting up other facility services, the second-line follow-up of service desk calls and the implementation of various projects.

In this role, you will have a lot of contact with the other departments within Boels. These include the Real Estate, IT, Finance, etc. departments.

What you bring

  • A completed college education (preferably Facilities/ Business/ Financial related)
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position and work environment
  • You are organizationally strong, analytical, customer focused, stress resistant and proactive.
  • Command of various packages (including TOPdesk, SAP, MS Office)
  • Excellent language skills in Dutch and English, German is an advantage.
