**Verantwoordelijkheden**

Als Professional Services Operations Manager draag je een cruciale verantwoordelijkheid voor het vlot verlopen van de bedrijfsvoering in onze organisatie. Jouw rol is centraal in het verbinden van mensen en teams, en je bent van essentieel belang voor het behalen van succes. Je benadering is resultaatgericht en projectmatig, en je hebt een scherpe focus op het handhaven van een strakke planning om ervoor te zorgen dat onze organisatie haar koers behoudt. In het kader van teammanagement streef je naar een harmonieuze balans tussen de professionele en financiële doelen van de organisatie en de persoonlijke ontwikkeling van de medewerkers. Samen met het HR-team zorg je voor strategische personeelsaanwerving en bevorder je de groei van huidige teamleden.

Op het gebied van projectcoördinatie werk je nauw samen met onze projectmanagers om ervoor te zorgen dat projecten vlekkeloos verlopen. Je coördineert en monitort de activiteiten om gestelde doelen te behalen. Daarnaast fungeer je als de verbindende schakel tussen de Sales en Operations, waarbij je betrokken bent bij offerteaanvragen, contractonderhandelingen en het onderhouden van klantrelaties. Hierbij begrijp je niet alleen de commerciële waarde, maar draag je ook actief bij aan de groei van onze organisatie.

Als deelnemer aan het Management Team vervul je een cruciale rol als vertegenwoordiger van het Operations team in Best, waar ongeveer 35 consultants actief zijn. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden omvatten dat je strategische en operationele kwesties aankaart die van belang zijn voor de ontwikkeling van de organisatie en haar mensen. Periodiek rapporteer je behaalde teamresultaten, die worden afgezet tegen gestelde doelen en budgetten. Je betrokkenheid strekt zich uit tot strategische besluitvorming, waarbij je jouw operationele inzichten en projectervaring inbrengt in stuurgroepen en escalatiemeetings om knelpunten effectief op te lossen. Klanttevredenheid staat hoog in het vaandel, en je onderhoudt regelmatig contact met klanten om een optimale klantenservice te waarborgen.

**Wat wij zoeken**
- Een bachelor
- of masteropleiding op WO-niveau in Technische Bedrijfskunde, Informatiekunde, Werktuigbouwkunde of een vergelijkbaar vakgebied.
- Uitgebreide ervaring met met het managen van teams binnen professional services;
- Sterke affiniteit met ICT en bedrijfssoftware;
- Ervaring met complex projectmanagement in bijvoorbeeld informatietechnologie;
- Ervaring met P&L en budget verantwoordelijkheid binnen een grote groep;
- Ervaring in de maakindustrie/ met PLM is een pré;
- Uitstekende plannings
- en organisatievaardigheden, met oog voor detail en een focus op tijdige uitvoering van taken;
- Sterke communicatie
- en presentatievaardigheden om effectief te kunnen communiceren met diverse belanghebbenden;
- Een rustige persoonlijkheid die stabiliteit uitstraalt, juist in stressvolle situaties;
- Een gedreven en resultaatgerichte mindset, met het vermogen om doelen te stellen en actiegericht te handelen;
- Je spreekt en schrijft uitstekend Nederlands en Engels
