Role Overview:


As a Sales and Marketing trainee, you will play a crucial role in building and managing our growing sales pipeline.

Your responsibilities will include daily calls, drafting and making offers, maintaining and nurturing customer relationships, and identifying opportunities for growth.

You will become adept in navigating our technical stack, which revolves around Salesforce, Prestashop (CRM), and Exact Online processes.

Since customer service is our top priority, you will quickly learn about our products and gain a deep understanding of our business and ecommerce operations.


Tasks:

  • Morning hrs): attend incoming calls, reply to offers and questions
  • Followup orders and order confirmations
  • Account management and reporting
  • Focus on customer retention and set up promotional campaigns
  • Work in the afternoon at marketing tasks and sales projects
  • Work on content for our website
  • Learn how to work with Amazon
  • Work with Prestashop (CMS) and Salesforce (CRM)

Skills and Competencies:

  • Bachelor level
  • Strong communication skills spoken & written in both
    English and
    German
  • A first working experience in customer service or sales related job is a plus
  • Familiarity with Prestashop or other ecommerce CMS platforms is a plus
  • Willingness to learn the basics of HTML, SEO, and SEA
  • Mature, proactive and service oriented mindset
  • Any other European language is a plus
  • Fun to work in an international environment and have joy at work
