Enablon's software solution helps our customers to become safer and more sustainable. We're in search of an experienced instructional designer to contribute to this vision.

We're revamping the enablement experience for our customers, both internal and external, by establishing a new team within the product management department. This individual will play a vital role in ensuring that our internal team members are well-equipped with the necessary knowledge to provide top-notch service to our clients and deliver significant value.

We are currently seeking an Instructional Designer

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Activities:
• Work with business stakeholders to identify priorities and construct an enablement roadmap
• Lead the development and execution of learning strategies, programs, and initiatives that align with organizational objectives
• Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and learning gap analyses to pinpoint opportunities for performance enhancement
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), trainers, and stakeholders to collect content and ensure its accuracy and relevance
• Utilize innovative approaches to design and implement engaging digital learning experiences that simulate real-world scenarios whenever possible
• Continuously enhance training materials by recognizing necessary adjustments based on the evaluation of the effectiveness of the learning programs
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in Learning & Development to improve existing programs and propose innovative solutions
• Assist less experienced team members in their development and delivery

• Enhanced business results linked to sales, customer support, and project execution

Education and job qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• Proficiency in Dutch and English

Work experience:

• 3+ years of experience in a professional setting focusing on learning/content creation
• Demonstrated expertise in designing and producing content in a corporate learning context with a global audience, using fundamental instructional principles and theories
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills, initiative-driven, and works effectively within a team environment
• Goal-oriented, displaying a strong commitment to customer service and taking ownership of outcomes

Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications:

• Proficiency in training development tools (Adobe Creative Cloud, Articulate 360, Twine)
• Comprehensive theoretical and practical knowledge in Software technology
• Experience collaborating with Business stakeholders and a deep understanding of their typical training requirements
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a knack for identifying innovative solutions
• Ability to lead projects while providing mentorship to junior team members
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on maintaining positive work relationships

Location and travel requirements:

Located in Alphen aan den Rijn, with the option for flexible office or remote work

Occasional international travel may be necessary.
