Because of this ambition, growth and further professionalization of our organization, we are looking for a CRM Marketeer.


As a CRM Marketeer at Steve Madden it's your task to build true customer loyalty by delivering added value to our potential and existing customers, servicing them with the most inspiring and relevant on brand campaigns, messages and experiences, with the aim to generate more sales and increase retention.


You lead and develop creative, innovative ideas across CRM channels to drive newness among users in order to gain share of orders and drive incremental revenue per customer (RPC) and you keep our contactable database active and growing.


You will:

  • Develop and execute the CRM strategy and roadmap based on insights in customer needs and business opportunities in order to build scalable programs that improve key retention KPIs
  • Work closely with the Paid Media, marketing and buying teams to drive leads and building on the contactable database for sustainable but ambitious growth

What we ask from you:

  • HBO work and thinking level (marketing, business, ecommerce, or a related field)
  • At least 3 years working experience in a comparable campaign management position, preferable in the fast fashion industry
  • Both commercially and technically minded
  • Analytical and able to translate business questions and challenges into actionable and measurable solutions
  • Customer centric: see customers as a number 1 priority
  • Positive and entrepreneurial attitude and drive, and result oriented
  • Accurate worker, eye for detail
  • Team player, able to liaise, collaborate and communicate with different departments
  • Experience with Klaviyo or a similar platform
  • Fluent in English (verbally and in writing)
