Your Role as a Warehouse Assistant: As part of the Warehouse team, you will handle receiving parts and consumables from suppliers, recording them in the ERP system, and organizing them in designated warehouse locations. Collaboration with the Service team is crucial for managing shipments and returns. Additionally, maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment is key. Your tasks will include:
- Picking and preparing parts and consumables for shipment
- Arranging paperwork for couriers and transport companies
- Processing returned items
- Dealing with customer inquiries and quotes
- Conducting stocktakes as needed
Your Workplace: You'll be part of a team involved in processing inbound and outbound parts and consumables. This fast-paced logistics department values excellence and teamwork. Expect to collaborate with professionals dedicated to technology and customer satisfaction.
Your Qualifications: We seek individuals who are accurate, proactive, and organized, with the ability to work well under pressure. Required qualifications include:
- Education at MBO level, preferably in warehouse management
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written
- Experience in warehouse operations, forklift certification preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
