Position Overview: We are looking for a Senior Product Manager or Head of Product to join our team and lead the development and execution of our product strategy. As a member of the team, you will play a crucial role in defining the vision, roadmap, and features of our product, ultimately driving its success in the market.

Responsibilities:

  1. Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and market needs.
  2. Roadmap Planning: Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market research, and business objectives.
  3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to ensure the successful delivery and launch of product features and updates.
  4. User Experience (UX) Design: Champion user-centric design principles and ensure that our product delivers an exceptional user experience that delights customers.
  5. Product Development: Oversee the end-to-end product development process, from ideation and prototyping to testing, iteration, and release.
  6. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, and use these insights to inform product decisions.
  7. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers through feedback sessions, user testing, and other channels to gather insights and validate product hypotheses.
  8. Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  1. Product Leadership: Proven experience in a product leadership role, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  2. Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and translate business goals into actionable product plans and initiatives.
  3. User-Centric Mindset: Deep understanding of user needs and behavior, with a focus on delivering solutions that solve real problems and delight customers.
  4. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate product vision, strategy, and roadmap to stakeholders at all levels.
  5. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data and metrics to inform product decisions and measure success.
  6. Technical Background: Familiarity with technology and software development processes, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
  7. Entrepreneurial Spirit: Self-starter with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, willing to take ownership and drive initiatives forward in a rapidly evolving startup environment.
