Connecting your world

As a Functional Application Manager within the IAM team, you will work together with a colleague functional manager to provide the best IAM services to colleagues within the organization and employees of external parties. How you achieve this is up to you. We trust your ability to distinguish between essentials and details and to make connections. Your talents will be utilized in:

  • Supporting users of the IAM Selfservice portal (phone, email, or in person), including training and educating users.
  • Actively cleaning up the system by removing duplicate or unused accounts and verifying correct input of account information.
  • Supporting colleagues managing connected SSO applications regarding access rights and account-related issues.
  • Process monitoring of the chain, including operational account and authorization management process, change process, and incident management.
  • Developing and maintaining user and management documentation, query scripts, and reports.
  • You proactively identify areas for improvement and make proposals to implement them.

  • Experience in an IT administrator role or a similar position.
  • Knowledge of both ITIL and Agile team collaboration methods.
  • Experience and understanding of security, particularly in IAM, and its importance within the organization.
  • Proficiency in the Dutch language both verbally and in writing.
