In the role of customer support, you are not only the face of SumUp to our clients but also shape their interaction with us by offering exceptional guidance in overcoming any issues they encounter with SumUp products and services.

What you'll be doing in this position:

  • You represent our company – the direct line to our customers
  • You assist our Dutch-speaking customers through phone, email, chat, and social media
  • You proficiently support our merchants with any questions or needs regarding our product and service
  • You actively contribute to enhancing all customer-related processes to continuously improve merchant satisfaction
  • You collaborate closely with other departments such as Sales and Marketing
  • You are part of a diverse and multilingual team

You'll be great for this position if:

  • You possess strong language skills in Dutch and English - knowledge of other European languages would be a bonus
  • You enjoy engaging with customers, displaying patience and a relaxed attitude
  • Providing excellent and customer-oriented service is your top priority
  • You are inquisitive and persistent in resolving issues
  • You are well-organized and can stay calm even in challenging situations
