Projectmanager Heavy Construction

Als Projectmanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor een constructieproject van min. 30 miljoen euro ordergrootte en stuur je een multidisciplinair team aan van werkvoorbereiders, project engineers, planners en administratieve krachten. In deze rol weet jij overzicht te bewaken in voortgang en voorzie jij bottlenecks voordat ze optreden en los je het op. Er wordt geen procesmanager verwacht, maar een stressbestendige doorpakker en doortastende troubleshooter die als coördinator het overzicht weet te bewaren.
Jij bewaakt de planning en onderhoudt contact met de klant die vaak ook op productielocatie aanwezig is en bespreekt kwaliteitsissues en meerwerk naast contractuele afspraken.
Een project wordt binnengehaald door het Tender team en daarna overgedragen aan Projectmanagement waarna teams moeten worden samengesteld en planning moet worden gemaakt. Engineering start en dit wordt bij een goede partner in Nederland ondergebracht waarbij de regie uiteraard bij onze klant ligt. Als Projectmanager werk je voornamelijk op de productielocatie, maar ga je ook af en toe (max 10%) naar de klant en kom je over de vloer bij partners. Op het eind van het project ben je betrokken bij de commissioning en ben je een aantal weken Offshore voor de oplevering.
Mocht je niet voldoen aan de hoeveelheid ervaring die gesteld wordt aan de Projectmanager rol dan zijn er ook kansen op een Werkvoorbereider of Project Engineer positie.
Functie-eisen- HBO of Master opleiding richting Werktuigbouwkunde / Civiele Techniek/ Chemische Technologie/ Technische Bedrijfskunde of vergelijkbaar
- Je hebt ervaring in wereld van grote (+20 miljoen) constructieprojecten. Uiteraard bij voorkeur voor Offshore projecten, maar het belangrijkste is ervaring met staalconstructieprojecten en branche is ondergeschikt.
- Je beschikt over goede leiderschapskwaliteiten en bent besluitvaardig.
- Je beschikt over aanvullende opleidingen met betrekking tot Projectmanagent, zoals Prince of vergelijkbaar.
- Je bent oplossingsgericht en bent bereid om zelf zaken op te pakken indien nodig. De organisatie leent zich er niet voor om alle taken uit te besteden aan andere afdelingen. Uiteraard leg je verantwoordelijkheden weg bij de juiste personen, maar jij bent uiteindelijk de persoon die voor een oplossing zorgt.
