Als planner op de afdeling customer service Miele Professional ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de klanten in de verschillende professionele branches, zoals b.v. Verzorgingstehuizen, tandartsen en horeca. Je werk bestaat o.a. Uit het plannen van jaarlijkse onderhoud, het telefonisch en via de mail aannemen van storingen, het plannen van servicebezoeken en het beantwoorden van eenvoudige technische vragen;
- Je maakt deel uit van het team Customer Service Miele Professional. Het team bestaat uit 20 collega's die dagelijks intensief met elkaar samenwerken om hun gezamenlijke klant zo goed mogelijk van dienst te zijn. Je rapporteert in deze functie aan Lorraine Bruin, Head of Customer Sales & Service support.
MBO/HBO werk- en denkniveau
- Ervaring met Microsoft Office, ervaring met SAP is een pré;
- Zo als ze bij hun producten kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid hoog in het vaandel hebben staan geldt dit ook voor werkgeverschap.
