But first, wie is Lightswing?

Lightswing is een merk van Illumade B.V., een bedrijf dat innovatieve producten voor in en om huis ontwikkelt. Lightswing is het ophangsysteem voor hanglampen waarmee je eenvoudig de positie van je hanglamp aanpast. We zijn dus iedere dag weer bezig om het interieur van onze klanten flexibel en een stukje mooier te maken. Ons doel? Een Lightswing in alle woningen door heel Europa (en verder..?). Dit doen we door het merk zowel B2B als B2C aan te bieden. Zo ligt de Lightswing in Nederland bij alle Karwei winkels en vind je deze online bij de Gamma. In Duitsland vind je de Lightswing online bij de Hornbach en in verschillende lichtspeciaalzaken. Daarnaast bieden we onze Lightswing aan via 6 van onze eigen webshops (welke we aan het uitbreiden zijn naar 15 talen) en 26 marktplaatsen door heel Europa.

But first, who is Lightswing?

Lightswing is a brand of Illumade B.V., a company that develops innovative products for in and around your home. Lightswing is a suspension system for pendant lights that allows you to easily adjust the position of your pendnt light. We strive to make our customers' interiors more flexible and beautiful. Our goal? To have a Lightswing in every home across Europe (and beyond?). We achieve this by offering the brand both B2B and B2C. In the Netherlands, Lightswing is available at all Karwei stores and online at Gamma. In Germany, you can find Lightswing online at Hornbach and in various lighting specialty stores. Additionally, we offer our Lightswing through six of our own webshops (which we are expanding to 15 languages) and 26 marketplaces across Europe.

Door onze snelle groei en verdere internationalisering zijn we op zoek naar een support & webcare specialist die het team komt versterken. Wil jij impact maken, in een team werken me korte, informele lijntjes en meewerken aan het behalen van onze ambities?

Wat houdt dat precies in...

- Je hebt contact met onze klanten die bij ons binnenkomen via de webshops en marketplaces. Je behandelt hun vragen en lost eventuele problemen op.

- Je staat onze klanten telefonisch te woord. In het Engels of een andere, Europese taal die je beheerst (Frans, Spaans, of.....?), onze klanten zijn voor 70% internationaal.

- Je beweegt je dagelijks tussen verschillende systemen en tools als Zendesk, Woocommerce, Amazon, Je leert hierbij de connecties te leggen tussen deze systemen voor een soepele workflow

- Je behandelt alle vragen en reacties die op onze Social media voorbijkomen en werkt hierdoor mee aan het opbouwen van onze community. Je gebruikt hierbij onze webcare tool en jouw affiniteit met commercieel schrijven.

- Je beheert de reviews die binnenkomen via Google, onze webshops en marketplaces en gebruikt jouw servicegerichtheid om onze review scores skyhigh te houden

Due to our rapid growth and further internationalization, we are looking for a support & webcare specialist to join our team. Do you want to make an impact, work in a team with short, informal communication lines, and help achieve our ambitions?

What does that entail...

You will have contact with our customers who reach us through our webshops and marketplaces. You will handle their inquiries and resolve any issues.

- You will assist our customers in English or another European language you are proficient in (French, Spanish, or...?), as 70% of our customers are international.

- You will navigate various systems and tools daily, such as Zendesk, Woocommerce, Amazon, , and learn to connect these systems for a smooth workflow.

- You will handle all questions and responses on our social media, contributing to building our community. You will use our webcare tool and your affinity for commercial writing.

- You will manage the reviews coming in through Google, our webshops, and marketplaces, using your customer service skills to keep our review scores sky-high.

Wat vragen we van jou...

- Je hebt ongeveer 2 jaar relevante werkervaring in een servicegerichte functie.

- Je bent servicegericht, communicatief sterk en je weet je enthousiasme perfect over te brengen naar onze klanten.

- Je beheerst de Engelse taal uitstekend in woord en geschrift en bent daarnaast goed in een andere Europese taal (Frans, Nederlands of Spaans is een pré. Doordat onze klanten door heel Europa zitten, is het een pluspunt als je naast Engels of Nederlands ook een andere taal beheerst waarmee je onze klanten te woord kan staan).

- Je bent een doorpakker en kunt goed prioriteiten stellen.

- Je behoudt het overzicht en vindt het niet erg om te schakelen tussen verschillende taken, verantwoordelijkheden en systemen.

What we ask of you...

You have approximately 2 years of relevant work experience in a customer service role.

You are customer-oriented, communicatively strong, and able to convey your enthusiasm perfectly to our customers.

- You have excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written, and are proficient in another European language (French, Dutch, or Spanish is a plus. Given our customers are all over Europe, being able to speak another language besides English or Dutch is advantageous).

- You are proactive and able to prioritize effectively.

- You maintain an overview and are comfortable switching between various tasks, responsibilities, and systems.
