As a production worker, youare the backbone of our operational force. You are a driven teamplayer with a keen eye for detail. Your dedication to efficiencyand quality ensures that our products meet the highest standards.You thrive in a dynamic environment where collaboration andprecision are essential. Your inquisitive attitude and focus onhygiene make you an indispensable link in our production process.You also meet the followingrequirements:

  • it is not a problem foryou to work in a cold environment
  • you speak theDutch and/or English language
  • you have your owntransport to Plukon
what willyou do

At Plukon in Blokker, wework with chicken. From here the chicken products are transportedto the many customers around the country. As a production workeryour tasks are to check, sort, package and label the outgoingproducts. You ensure that the process runs smoothly and if you doyour work very well, then you will be able to grow further withinPlukon At Plukon you work in 2 shifts. It is important that youcan work both shifts. The day shift is from 07:00 - 16:30. And theother shift is from 16:30 - 01:30. You will of course receive araise for working in both shifts.

Starting mid-June, Plukon islaunching a dynamic onboarding program. We're looking forenthusiastic individuals to join our team

Program Overview:

- First Three Weeks:Get a personal mentor to help you master eight essentialtasks.
- Progress Check: Perform at least five tasks bythe end of three weeks to move forward. Your progress will bereviewed by the team leader.
- Three Months: Becomeproficient in all eight tasks.

EvaluationCriteria:
- Quality: Standard of your work.
-Efficiency: Speed of task completion.
- Attitude &Behavior: Including dress code and hygiene.
