Wij hebben iemand nodig die volledig thuis is in de salarisadministratie, je hebt kennis van de bijbehorende loonwetgeving binnen de Belgische markt en je hebt leiderschaps ervaring.

Deze rol zal plaatsvinden op onze locatie in Zellik, België en omvat al onze Belgische locaties.
- Heb jij mínimaal 5 jaar ervaring in Payroll?
- Een team ondersteund of geleid.
- Spreek je vloeiend Vlaams (Nederlands) en Engels, Frans zou fijn zijn?
- Mogelijkheid om hybride te werken - 3 dagen op kantoor en 2 dagen vanuit huis.

**Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit als Teamleider Payroll**

Als Payroll Team Lead houd je toezicht op de salarisadministratie voor al onze vestigingen in België, waarbij je 1 medewerker aanstuurt. Jij bent de schakel tussen onze externe loonwerkers en alle GXO-medewerkers (in totaal +900 medewerkers binnen België). Begeleiding geven en ervoor zorgen dat alle salarisadministraties en bijbehorende externe dienstverleners effectief, efficiënt en binnen de gestelde termijnen werken.

Je controleert, daagt uit en optimaliseert het salarisproces van onze externe dienstverlener. Daarnaast ben je het tweede aanspreekpunt voor vragen over salarisgerelateerde onderwerpen en bijbehorende wet
- en regelgeving. Je verwerkt mutaties die niet gedigitaliseerd zijn. In deze rol rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de HR Manager Payroll & HR Support BENE
- Je bent de schakel tussen het externe loonbedrijf en GXO
- Het verzamelen van salaristransacties, het controleren en verwerken ervan
- Fungeren als tweedelijns informatiepunt voor het bedrijf bij salarisvragen.
- Aanspreekpunt voor interne en externe contacten
- Het controleren van pensioen
- en verzekeringsgegevens en het aanleveren van gegevens voor een juiste verwerking van mutaties
- Aanleveren en controleren van gegevens van diverse organisaties (o.a. UWV, Belastingdienst en Pensioenverzekeraar)
- Verzorgen van rapportages
- Het bijhouden van de ontwikkelingen op het gebied van de loonwetgeving en de juiste toepassing van de wijzigingen

**Wat je nodig hebt om succesvol te zijn**:

- Minimaal MBO+/HBO werk
- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur aangevuld met een afgeronde PDL-opleiding.
- Minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring op het gebied van loonverwerking
- Actuele kennis op het gebied van fiscale wet
- en regelgeving, waaronder sociale verzekeringen, loonbelasting, pensioen en overige arbeidsvoorwaarden.
- Je bent een teamspeler, maar je kunt ook zelfstandig werken.
- Je hebt een proactieve houding en bent klantgericht.
- Vloeiend Vlaams (Nederlands), Engels en Frans is een pré.
