To fuel our growth, we are searching for an enthusiastic and ambitious growth hacker/digital marketer who is genuinely passionate about sustainability. Joining our diverse team of 40 international professionals, you will play a key role in strategically utilizing analytics, social media, and online marketing tools to identify and capitalize on the most effective growth strategies.

This position combines elements of online marketing, technology, and data analysis, requiring a blend of creativity, analytical prowess, and adaptability.

• Devise and execute growth experiments to enhance customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and sales strategies.
• Study online visitor data to uncover trends, forecast patterns, and comprehend user behavior in order to refine targeted marketing initiatives.
• Deploy a range of digital marketing methods such as SEO/SEM, affiliate marketing, content marketing, social media, and viral strategies to drive traffic and boost conversion rates.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to embed marketing strategies at the product level, ensuring alignment with market demands and enhancing customer interaction.
• Manage and optimize landing pages, user funnels, and conversion pathways.
• Continuously experiment and refine marketing tactics for customer acquisition and conversion rate enhancement through methods like online advertising, direct mail, and affiliate programs.
• Conduct A/B testing across various marketing channels to determine the most efficient strategies and resource allocation.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing, growth hacking tools, and competitive strategies.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in growth hacking, digital marketing, or similar fields, showcasing successful expansions in customer bases for both B2B and B2C sectors.
• Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and SQL.
• Proficiency in A/B testing and web analytics methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with content production software tools, such as image and video editing platforms, and presentations.
• Skilled in using marketing automation tools and CRM software.
• Experience in geo-targeting specific audiences across multiple international regions.
• Familiarity with startup/scale-up environments and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
