What your journey at Krasnapolsky will look like day-to-day

Als onze Spa Therapist zorg je voor een uitstekende gasten service terwijl je therapieën en lichaamsbehandelingen uitvoert voor onze gasten. Tot de algemene verantwoordelijkheden behoren het bijhouden van de voorraad, het promoten van de productlijnen bij de gasten, het schoonhouden en organiseren van alle werkruimtes en apparatuur.

Tijdens een dag in de Anantara Spa zul je het volgende doen:

  • Je creëert de eerste positieve indruk bij de gasten.
  • Je draagt bij aan het hoge niveau van dienstverlening in overeenstemming met de Anantara standaarden zoals voorgeschreven in onze SOP's
  • Je voert massagetherapieën en lichaamsbehandelingen van hoge kwaliteit uit.
  • Je beantwoordt alle vragen met betrekking tot de diensten en adviseert onze gasten in de te boeken behandelingen.
  • Je assisteert bij demonstraties en evenementen
  • Je volgt opleidingen om jezelf en de Anantara Spa te ontwikkelen
  • Je organiseert en behandelt de wellness ruimt

Where your journey will take place

De ligging van Anantara Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky Amsterdam markeert het hart van de Nederlandse hoofdstad door het uitzicht op het Koninklijk Paleis en Nationaal monument op de Dam. Het hotel biedt gastronomische ervaringen op topniveau in Restaurant The White Room by Jacob Jan Boerma, het exclusieve restaurant met Michelin-ster in het hotel. Daarnaast huist hier de bekroonde cocktailbar The Tailor en het modern elegante Grand Café Krasnapolsky.
