Je werk

Als Non-Financial Risk Specialist werk je in de eerste lijn en ben je expert op het gebied van DFC CDD/KYC processen en systemen.

Je analyseert processen, signaleert mogelijke niet-financiële risico's en daagt het management proactief uit om maatregelen te nemen om risico's te beheersen. Samen met de verantwoordelijke leidinggevenden of project leads vertaal je mitigerende maatregelen naar bijvoorbeeld interne proceswijzigingen of procescontroles (MC&T's), in samenspraak met de 2e lijn. Als blijkt dat een control niet effectief is, monitor je de opvolging van de geregistreerde oplossingen. Coördineren en ondersteunen van de uitvoering van risk instrumenten zoals (Systematic Integrity Risk Analysis (SIRA), Strategic Risk Assessment (SRA) en Change Risk Assessment (CRA). Aansturen van de opvolging van acties op geïdentificeerde issues, zoals Issue Management & Action Tracking (IMAT) en (externe) audits. Door je brede kennis van processen, risico's, controls, openstaande issues, incidenten en door jouw goede relaties met diverse stakeholders heb je een totaaloverzicht van alle niet financiële risico's van DFC. Dit gebruik je om periodiek rapportages op te stellen voor het MT DFC en de Client Units (via ORC, FCRC, BRC, performance meetings).

Je profiel

Je bent risicobewust en begrijpt de risico's voor de bank. We verwachten dat je minimaal 2-3 jaar relevante risk management ervaring meebrengt. Je bent analytisch sterk. Je bent mondeling communicatief: je kunt het management (gevraagd en ongevraagd) adviseren, uitdagen en overtuigen. Je ondersteunt waar nodig. Je bent schriftelijk vaardig: je hebt ervaring in het schrijven en samenstellen van rapportages, presentaties en voorstellen voor het management. Je bent verbindend. Je zoekt naar samenwerking met diverse stakeholders binnen en buiten DFC. Je neemt initiatief en denkt in oplossingen. Je kunt goed zelfstandig werken, maar vindt het ook leuk om in teamverband te werken (beiden zijn nodig in deze rol). Je hebt een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en schrift.
