We are seeking an experienced leader who will play a central role in the building and managing of an international real estate development company. The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will bring their strategic, financial, and funding experience to drive the inception and growth of this organization.

This organization is an industrial park development company that is based in Dubai, with leadership and operations located in The Netherlands. This position will serve as both the CFO and CEO, and will have the main priority of assisting and attracting investors and buying/building commercial properties.

BeschrijvingResponsibilities - CFO/Entrepreneur - International Real Estate Start-Up

As CFO/CEO, you will serve as the primary point of contact for the company and its subsidiaries. You will work alongside the company's founder and will be responsible for:

  • Investor Relations: Working with the team to find and secure investors for the various projects;
  • Acquisitions: Oversee the acquisition and construction of commercial properties for lease;
  • Client Relations: Building a relationship and maintain steady contact with clients, tenants, and local business owners;
  • Commercial Engagement: Interact and negotiate with companies that are looking for commercial properties;
  • Financials: Manage accountants, prepare quarterly reports, and monitor income/expenses;
  • Legal Documentation: Drafting and signing NDA's, leases, investment plans, and contracts;
  • Daily Operations: Manage maintenance, security, repairs, and renovations for the properties.
RequirementsRequirements - CFO/Entrepreneur - International Real Estate Start-Up
  • 5+ Years of relevant experience as a CEO or CFO, preferably in an international start-up;
  • Travel Flexibility: You will be traveling between The Netherlands and Dubai frequently;
  • Experience with creating and closing deals of more than €20 million;
  • Familiarity with various accounting systems and the daily financial operations of a start-up;
  • Fluent in English
SalarisThe Offer - CFO/Entrepreneur - International Real Estate Start-Up

The salary for this role is dependent on the skills and experience of the candidate. This is a high-level role that will serve as the face of this new company. Flexiblity with both work and travel will be required. Compensation will include a salary and performance bonuses
