To realize and execute account plans to hit turnover targets. By spotting sales opportunities and providing top-notch training, you aim to boost revenue and market share. This is what the position looks like:

As a sales & training representative at Dorel Juvenile, you will execute account plans by achieving key performance indicators (KPI's) and meeting revenue targets. You'll provide product training for national retailers, both in-store and online. Collaborating with our retailers, you'll create engaging social media content and work closely with the Sales Administration, Operational Marketing, Retail Care, and After-Sales departments. Just to ensure optimal customer relationships.

Also, you will ensure professional relationships with customers, keeping them satisfied with Dorel. In visual merchandising, you will ensure our products are placed and presented in the best possible way at retailers. You'll offer tailored advice to retailers, focusing on cross- and upselling opportunities.

Your role involves spending about four days on the road visiting clients and one to two days working from home. While at home, you will manage your reports and plan your next appointments.

  • The position is full-time (39 hours), starting as soon as possible.
  • An annual salary of €55,000 max. based on your experience and knowledge, with room to grow.
  • Besides that, you are eligible for our 15% sales bonus plan and a 13th month every year. Also, Dorel Juvenile uses 13,96 salary payments throughout a year.
  • The annual leave entitlement consists of 27 vacation days (+ pink Monday) in the case of full-time employment.
  • A company car according to our lease plan.
  • You get a credit card on which expenses can be booked and there are arrangements for budget around overnight stays, lunch, dinner, etc.
  • Other terms include travel expenses, use of a laptop and telephone.


What to bring?
  • A demonstrated and solid experience in sales and/or as a shop floor employee.
  • In possession of a driver's license.
  • A fluent command of the German language. In addition, you can communicate in English with our headquarters in the Netherlands, for example. And also, you have strong presentation skills: you level with the customer, are not afraid to stand in front of a group.
  • A background in the German or Austrian market.
  • Independent, mature, and responsible: you are often independently on the road and the point of contact for our retailers.
  • Proactive: you can plan your own agenda, suggest improvement plans and report back to your manager.
  • Relationship focused: even though you are working in a sales position, you are working in a market and with a product that involves a lot of emotion.
