Wat worden jouw verantwoordelijkheden?

Je bent een enthousiaste, ambitieuze en oplossingsgerichte Lead Engineer met een praktische achtergrond. Je hebt jezelf doorontwikkeld tot Lead Engineer en je vindt het leuk om in een klein en informeel team aan de slag te gaan en mee te groeien met een professioneel bedrijf.

Door ervaring en inzicht herken je situaties uit de praktijk en kun je hier in de engineering op een creatieve manier op inspelen. Verder heb je verstand van (staal) constructies en kun je goed overweg met Tekla. Tot slot vind je het leuk om je eigen team te motiveren en de engineers te begeleiden en te ondersteunen waar nodig. Je houdt de planning nauwlettend in de gaten en pakt projecten met beide handen beet.

Onze projecten zijn enorm divers, dat zie je ook terug in ons portfolio. Je verzorgt hierin de engineering vanaf de eerste schets tot aan de aflevering bij de klant. Je denkt mee met je team, je projecten, levert advies aan klanten en verzorgt de communicatie tussen de architect, constructeur en opdrachtgever. Verder word je zo nu en dan op locatie verwacht om constructies in te meten of te bespreken en hoort een sparmoment ook bij de invulling van je werkdag.

Wie ben jij?

Je bent een engineer met ruime ervaring en in staat om andere engineers te sturen en op weg te helpen. Je vindt het leuk om verantwoordelijkheid te dragen in een project en complexe vraagstukken op te lossen.

  • Opgesomd zijn de volgende punten belangrijk voor ons:
  • Technisch HBO werk- en/of denkniveau;
  • Praktisch inzicht of een praktische achtergrond, binnen de staalbouw is een pré, maar niet noodzakelijk;
  • Goede kennis van Tekla;
  • Creatief en oplossingsgericht;
  • Proactief en communicatief sterk;
  • In staat om collega's te motiveren.
