Elestor is a renowned company and is willing to help you with a work visa. If you are not willing to move, we ask you not to apply.As Supervisor Run & Maintain, a new position within Elestor, you will take the lead in the day-to-day operations of the Run & Maintain team. You will enable our team of researchers, engineers and production-crew to perform their tasks in our facilities. You will be end-responsible for the upkeep, calibration and maintenance of all our assets (from testing, measurement and production equipment, up to full-size battery installations in our pilot-field). This includes responsibilities such as ticket handling, planning, task allocation, etc., setting up the structure behind the team (IT, processes, etc.), as well as support the team in the mechanical engineering needs, upkeep of P&IDs, work permits, arrange required trainings, etc.You have the capabilities of being in the lead of (new) asset (improvement) implementations and projects working in a multidisciplinary and challenging environment. As supervisor you lead a team currently consisting of 4 FTE, which will grow along with the rapid of the company and industrialization of its products. You report to the COO.Be a people manager, inspiring, leading and growing your teamRealizing uptime targets and qualitative availability of equipment and assets(preventive) maintenance and calibration of all internal assetsSystematically monitoring of assets, including analysis of issue reports, returning issues, and improvement proposalsDocument and maintain asset parameters, (preventive) maintenance schedules, calibration and certifications, etc.Maintain, create and improve processes and procedures involved; standardize and automatize ways of working as much as possible.Jouw profielThe ideal candidate has a maintenance and engineering mindset and is motivated to solve problems.
