Over de functie Weflex Personnel Services, a dynamic and growing employment agency in Central Netherlands, is looking for a creative Recruiter. Your role is crucial in finding and connecting EU skilled talents for the meat, food, or production industry. With your passion for recruitment, you ensure a constant influx of new talents by effectively searching, recruiting, and selecting. You create attractive job descriptions and utilize various (international) channels for optimal visibility.

Your tasks include:
- Posting recruitment assignments through various channels;
- Conducting selection and intake interviews;
- Building and maintaining an accurate candidate database;
- Actively searching for and approaching candidates;
- Creating job profiles and compelling job descriptions.

Over jou - Preferably, you have experience in a similar role;
- You are creative and always looking for a solution;
- You are social and communicatively skilled. You easily make contact with everyone;
- Good command of the English language and the ambition to quickly learn Dutch.
- In possession of a driving license B;
- Available for 28-36 hours per week.
