Als dochteronderneming van het Amerikaanse moederbedrijf Culligan bevindt de organisatie zich met meer dan 70 enthousiaste professionals in een fase van indrukwekkende groei. AquaCell verkoopt en installeert waterontharders en biedt daarbij persoonlijke service en onderhoud op maat. Functieomschrijving

• Commercieel eindverantwoordelijk, leiding aan teamleiders en collega's van de Verkoop Binnendienst, Verkoop Buitendienst en Marketing.

• Commerciële kansen vertalen, bedrijfsprocessen optimaliseren, MT-lid en rapporteren aan de MD.

Functie-eisen

• Hbo werk- en denkniveau, commerciële of bedrijfskundige opleiding, leidinggevende ervaring in een B2C-salesomgeving.

• Ondernemend, coachend leider, coöperatief, daadkrachtig, besluitvaardig, communicatief sterk, nuchtere hands-on mentaliteit.
