Het HR Reward (C&B) team bestaat uit vijf enthousiaste en ambitieuze collega's (4 teamleden en onze manager) die dagelijks werken aan allerlei impactvolle opdrachten om ervoor te zorgen dat medewerkers graag bij ons (komen) werken. Wij zijn verantwoordelijk voor de strategische visie op beloning en zorgen ervoor dat de "People Strategy" wordt vertaald naar het arbeidsvoorwaardenbeleid. Dagelijks streeft ons team naar verbetering en vernieuwing. Dit maakt werken bij ons dynamisch en vraagt het om een flinke dosis focus en doorzettingsvermogen.

Jouw uitdagingen
  • Een bijdrage leveren aan de ontwikkeling en implementatie van de gevolgen van de nieuwe pensioenwetgeving
  • Onderhouden van contacten met interne en externe partners, zoals onze pensioenuitvoerder en overige stakeholders
  • Up-to-date houden van onze arbeidsvoorwaardelijke regelingen
  • Adviseren van onze stakeholders over beloningsvraagstukken en overige arbeidsvoorwaarden
  • Coördineren van verschillende projecten op het gebied van C&B, denk aan onderwerpen als pensioen, benchmark, mobiliteit of verlof
  • Maken van rapportages en opstellen van beleidsstukken ter voorbereiding van goedkeuring door onze Board of Management en Ondernemingsraad
  • Bijhouden van externe ontwikkelingen en dit vertalen naar beleid om er zo voor te zorgen dat we een aantrekkelijk werkgever zijn én blijven
Dit neem jij mee
  • Een WO diploma in de richting Arbeidsrecht, Bedrijfskunde, Business Management, HR of iets soortgelijks
  • Minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring op het gebied van Compensation & Benefits of Reward
  • Ervaring met vraagstukken op het gebied van pensioen
  • Een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal
  • Cijfermatig/analytisch inzicht, kennis en ervaring in het werken met Microsoft Excel en Powerpoint
  • Affiniteit en kennis met vraagstukken op het gebied van arbeidsrecht, mobiliteit en beloning
  • Organisatiesensitief; je bent gewend te opereren in een complexe, uitdagende werkomgeving
  • Flexibel en veerkrachtig
