Wat ga jij doen als ServiceNow (Technical) Architect?

Je bent betrokken bij alle fases in het proces van de ServiceNow-implementatie, waarbij je gebruik maakt van jouw technische kennis en ervaring om klanten te adviseren over (complexe) technologie en integratie vraagstukken. Je acteert hierbij als technisch geweten van de Solution Architect.

Je levert een bijdrage aan verschillende type trajecten in verschillende branches, waarbij ServiceNow de voornaamste onderliggende oplossing is. Bij projecten ben jij tijdens de implementatie van ServiceNow verantwoordelijk het realiseren van de integratie- en systeemontwerpen. Je stuurt en begeleidt internationaal opererende development teams aan bij de (technische) realisatie van de door jou ontworpen oplossingen. Jij bepaalt de ontwikkelprincipes en draagt zorg voor een consistente toepassing van deze principes.

Je bent in staat je eigen werk te organiseren en geeft inzicht in de voortgang. Jij bewaakt de kwaliteit van de technische realisatie en stuurt bij daar waar nodig.

Het team: Als Technisch Architect maak je deel uit van een ambitieus, agile werkend, academisch georiënteerd team. Het team bestaat uit onder andere een projectmanager, ServiceNow ontwikkelaars, architecten en proces en business consultants die voor een klant verder gaan dan het alleen maar het implementeren van een tool. Je zorgt samen met het team ervoor dat de klant maximaal waarde uit het ServiceNow platform haalt.

Jouw uitdagingen
  • Hoe maak je de vertaalslag van business requirements naar ServiceNow-oplossingen?
  • Hoe bewaak je de technische standaarden binnen het project?
  • Communiceren van technische uitdagingen naar de klant en aandragen van potentiële verbeteringen.
  • Wat zijn de technische consequenties van de functionele wensen en oplossingskeuzes?
  • Werken in Agile-teams om oplossingen te ontwikkelen, implementeren en testen.
  • Het aansturen van development teams.
  • Hoe bouw ik op een duurzame manier relaties met klanten en collega's op in een internationaal team?
  • Hoe ga je om met de belangen van verschillende stakeholders?
  • Hoe ga je bijdragen aan de professionalisering van onze ServiceNow delivery?
  • Het door ontwikkelen van onze ServiceNow-diensten.
Dit neem jij mee
  • Minimaal 6 jaar ervaring als ServiceNow-consultant en/of Technisch Architect
  • Een Master opleiding afgerond, bij voorkeur Bedrijfskundige of Bestuurlijke Informatie
  • Een sterk trackrecord op het gebied van ServiceNow-implementatieprojecten
  • Ervaring met ServiceNow ITSM, SecOps en/of Risk en het integreren van ServiceNow in IT-omgevingen bij klanten
  • Je bent bekwaam in Nederlands en Engels zowel verbaal als schriftelijk
  • Je bent gewend om Agile te werken.
  • Je bent een team speler.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen van/ samenwerken met een internationaal development team
  • Uitstekende communicatievaardigheden.
  • Je bent in staat om de technische consequenties van design keuzes te overzien.
  • Je bent in staat om processen te modelleren.
  • Je bent bekend met industrie standaarden zoals ITIL en IT4IT.
