Wij zijn op zoek naar een Coördinator commissioning theatertechniek.

Elke dag brengt nieuwe uitdagingen. In deze rol leid je grootschalige installatiewerkzaamheden in theaters wereldwijd. Je bent de spil in het project: je coördineert teams, bewaakt budgetten, en zorgt voor een veilige en efficiënte uitvoering. Jouw focus op precisie en leiderschap garandeert een succesvolle oplevering van elk project.

Met jouw technische kennis en probleemoplossend vermogen motiveer je teams en onderhoud je sterke relaties met klanten en stakeholders. Daarnaast biedt deze functie volop kansen voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling en doorgroei naar projectmanagement of andere leidinggevende rollen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Organiseren en aansturen van installatiewerkzaamheden op locatie.
  • Samenwerken met projectmanagers, ingenieurs en klanten om projecten soepel te laten verlopen.
  • Leidinggeven aan teams op locatie, waaronder onderaannemers.
  • Toezien op naleving van veiligheids- en kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Signaleren en oplossen van technische uitdagingen op locatie.
  • Beheren van gereedschappen, materialen en logistiek.
  • Monitoren van budgetten en planningen, en rapporteren aan stakeholders.
  • Evalueren van projectresultaten voor verbeteringen.

Organisatie

De opdrachtgever ontwerpt en fabriceert staalconstructies, onder- en overstage mechanica en ontwikkelt motion control hard- & software. Met alle kennis en kunde in huis heeft de opdrachtgever alle middelen in huis om oplossingen te bedenken voor creatieve en de meest gecompliceerde uitdagingen op het gebied van hijs- en heftechnieken, constructies en besturingssoftware. De focus om ervoor te zorgen dat alle horizontale, verticale en 3D-bewegingen mogelijk gemaakt kunnen worden.

Wij zoeken

Only candidates living in the Netherlands and with Dutch language proficiency will be considered for this position.

  • Een afgeronde technische opleiding (MBO/Bachelor) in projectmanagement of een gerelateerd vakgebied.
  • Meerdere jaren ervaring in het aansturen van installatieteams of bouwprojecten.
  • Sterke organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Vaardigheid om relaties op te bouwen met klanten, teams en externe partijen.
  • Beheersing van de Engelse taal; kennis van Nederlands, Duits of Frans is een pre.
  • Flexibiliteit en bereidheid om internationaal te reizen en langere tijd in het buitenland te verblijven.
  • Een geldig rijbewijs (categorie B).
