Als orderpicker bij onze klant vervul je een cruciale rol in ons logistieke proces. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het zorgvuldig en efficiënt verzamelen van producten en het gereedmaken van bestellingen voor verzending. Word jij daar enthousiast van? Wat ga je doen? • Orderpicken aan de Picklijn;
• Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het netjes inpakken van de pakketten die jezelf gepickt hebt;
• Je maakt gebruik van geavanceerde scanners om de producten en bestellingen te registreren;
• Je plaatst de juiste klant- en landstickers op de verpakkingen, zodat de bestellingen correct kunnen worden afgeleverd bij onze klanten over de hele wereld;
• Een kritische stap in het proces is het controleren van de verzamelde producten en verpakkingen om ervoor te zorgen dat ze aan onze hoge kwaliteitsnormen voldoen;
• Nadat de bestellingen zijn gecontroleerd en klaar zijn voor verzending, organiseer je ze in de juiste volgorde en palletiseer je ze voor transport;

Wat wij vragen • Je bent minimaal 18 jaar of ouder;
• Je beheerst de Engelse taal. (voertaal Engels);
• Je bent inzetbaar in de dagdienst, een 3 ploegenrooster en alles daar tussenin. Diensten en ploegen zijn afhankelijk van de dal en piekseizoenen;
• Je bent in goede fysieke staat, staan en lopen is voor jou geen probleem;
• Je beschikt over eigen vervoer om op locatie te komen;
• Je bent een teamspeler;
• Je voelt je verantwoordelijk voor je werk en de kwaliteit van de bestellingen die je verzamelt;
• Je bent proactief en hebt een positieve instelling;
• Ervaring met het gebruik van scanners is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste;
• Je gedijt in een dynamische omgeving en bent flexibel in het omgaan met veranderingen. Dat je iedere dag in een andere team of voor een andere klant kan werken, dat spreekt jou juist aan

Wat wij bieden • Urengarantie van 32 uur per week;
• Een afwisselend rooster met werktijden tussen de 6:00 en 0:00 (geen vaste ploegenrooster).;
• Een uitdagende en dynamische werkomgeving, geen dag is hetzeflde;

• Een salaris tussen de €11,61 tot €12,08 exclusief toeslagen. De inschaling is afhankelijk van aantoonbare werkervaring;
• Arbeidsmarkt toeslag van 0,60 cent op normale en overuren.;
• Interessante ploegen- overwerktoeslagen;
• Reiskostenvergoeding vanaf 10KM van €0,21, tot een maximum van €200 per maand.
