Functie-inhoud:

  • in de positie van Reliability Engineerben je een belangrijke speler bij het omhoog brengen van het niveau van de afdeling Maintenance; van correctief naar preventief naar pro-actief
  • aan jou de taak om betrouwbaarheid en beschikbaarheid van het machinepark te verhogen samen met monteurs, teamleaders en engineers
  • door onze Monteurs, Teamleaders en Engineers van de juiste adviezen en plannen te voorzien, kun je je stempel drukken op verbeteringen binnen in onze dynamische organisatie
  • de afdeling Maintenance bestaat uit zo'n 30 werknemers
  • je rapporteert als Reliability Engineeraan de Supervisor Reliability en Utilities


Functie-eisen:

  • een afgeronde HBO of WO opleiding in de richting van Werktuigbouwkunde, Mechatronica, Industriële Automatisering, Technische Bedrijfskunde of aanverwant
  • je hebt kennis van hydraulische, pneumatische en elektrische besturings- en regelsystemen, veiligheidsvoorschriften, administratieve voorschriften en procedures
  • je beschikt over goede contactuele vaardigheden en bent stressbestendig
  • je hebt aantoonbare kennis en ervaring met het opstellen van onderhoudsplannen en onderhoudsconcepten
  • je hebt als Reliability Engineerkennis van en ervaring met RAMS/LCC, FMECA, RCA en TCO concepten opstellen en evalueren
  • je hebt aantoonbare kennis en ervaring op het gebied asset management
  • Een vloeiende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal is een must, met Engelse taalvaardigheid als waardevolle aanvulling.
