In this role you act as a point of leadership from vision development to coaching the delivery in digital innovation and marketing ;What's your job?You shape the strategic direction and execution of customer-centric initiatives. This entails leading a dynamic team of professionals responsible for marketing communication, customer segmentation, service differentiation and our company's routine in measuring customer satisfaction and deploying initiatives to drive improvement therein. Through servant leadership you coach the team and broader digital innovation & marketing communication community on team work and impactful ; Moreover, you spearhead the development and commercialisation of new digital services to meet evolving customer needs. Based on the commitment you have created you lead the implementation of such customer facing service ; What's the scope of responsibilities?
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive customer experience strategy aligned with the organisation's goals and objectives
  • Lead direction, alignment and commitment regarding customer experience enhancement and Tata Steel Netherlands' (TSN) market presence across all of TSN's business ;
  • Coach the team in identifying opportunities for enhancing customer satisfaction and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment and commitment for deploying improvement initiatives into various functional ;
  • Ensure an effective and efficient deployment of TSN's customer segmentation and lead the process for service differentiation to enhance customer experience to our most strategic ;
  • Lead the delivery of result driven marketing communication to support the conversion of leads into ;
  • Manage the development and initial commercialisation of digitally enabled value propositions, contributing to our customers' ;
  • Provide leadership guidance and mentorship to the digital innovation & marketing communication team, fostering a safe and rewarding culture of innovation, collaboration and ;
  • Develop and deliver budget plans for the relevant functional area, in alignment with the broader Commercial and cross functional ;

  • You have a Master Degree or equivalent professional qualification in marketing, business administration or an exact science together with a relevant post-graduate qualification such as an MBA.
