Die functietitel dekt bij ons de lading niet helemaal. In deze functie ben je meer dan dat. Daarom kiezen wij voor de benaming support professional.Als support professional bij aaff krijg je de kans om een belangrijke bijdrage te leveren aan onze organisatie. Je bent het visitekaartje van onze organisatie en zorgt ervoor dat interne processen vlekkeloos verlopen. Denk aan het up-to-date houden van ons CRM-systeem, het verwerken van (complexere) administratieve gegevens, maar ook het bestellen van een boeket bloemen voor een jubileum. Je helpt collega's en klanten op een vriendelijke en professionele manier, zowel telefonisch als in persoonlijk contact. Met jouw gastvrije houding zorg je ervoor dat zij zich welkom voelen. Je hebt verschillende taken en weet moeiteloos te schakelen terwijl je het overzicht bewaart.Je werkt in een hecht en enthousiast team van support professionals. Daarnaast heb je veel contact met collega's van andere afdelingen. De sfeer is open, informeel en betrokken. Bij aaff bouwen we samen aan een betekenisvolle toekomst en duurzame relaties.   • vraagbaak voor collega's en klanten, zowel telefonisch als in persoonlijk contact;
  • vergaderingen organiseren, voorbereiden, notuleren en actiepunten bewaken;
  • inkomende en uitgaande documenten en berichten digitaal verwerken;
  • het up-to-date houden van ons CRM-systeem en verwerken van (complexere) administratieve gegevens.
  • administratief onboarden van nieuwe klanten.
  • uitvoeren van overige ondersteunende werkzaamheden.
De arbeidsvoorwaarden
  • Salaris: tot € euro bruto per maand een fulltime dienstverband.

  • Contract: je ontvangt een vast contract voor onbepaalde tijd.
