De uitdaging:

Als Customer Care Specialist heb je een coördinerende rol waarbij je schakelt tussen verschillende vraagstukken en collega's. Je houdt je bezig met de juiste opvolging naar de klanten, weet klachten om te buigen in mogelijkheden en je verwerkt binnenkomende orders. Verder ben je als Customer Care Specialist verantwoordelijk voor:

Het onderhouden van contact met transporteurs

Het begeleiden van zendingen

Het ondersteunen bij (internationale) projecten

Het informeren van klanten over lopende orders

Wil jij:

Regelmatig seizoens-/feestdag attenties ontvangen

De mogelijkheid tot het volgen van trainingen en opleidingen

Werken in een professionele en informele werkomgeving waar jouw mening er toe doet

Waar ga je op de koffie?
