Your responsibilities :Provide customer service in both German and English by phone, email, and chatSupport customers with licensing, pricing, payment details, and order statusPrepare quotes for software licences and renewalsFollow up on quotes to support the sales processProcess orders accurately, ensuring correct details and timely deliveriesCommunicate with suppliers to coordinate quotes and ordersWork closely with Account Managers, Finance, Technical Support, and external partners to deliver excellent serviceKeep databases updated with customer and order detailsSupport with other related administrative or service tasks as needed Requirements To excel in this role, you'll need:Fluent in both German and English, spoken and writtenAt least 2 years of experience in customer service, customer success, or inside sales (B2B and IT/software)Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly in a changing environmentUniversity degree or equivalent in IT or a related fieldHighly organized, detail-oriented, and good at multitaskingStrong with numbers and comfortable working in a commercial environmentCustomer-focused mindset with excellent communication and relationship-building skillsIts a hybrid working arrangement with 1 day working from home every Friday Benefits Our client offers a direct contract (first contract will be 7 months) with a focus on long-term commitment, providing:A monthly salary ranging from €2.800to €3.200 gross, depending on your experience and expertise.Monthly bonuses linked to performance paid monthlyHoliday allowance.25 vacation days.Reimbursement of travel costs up to €250 per month.Extensive training and ongoing support.Work hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with 30mins lunch break.A dynamic and lively work environment located in the heart of Amsterdam.
