Scrum Master

As a Scrum Master, your main responsibility will be to facilitate and support the hardware Agile team in adopting Scrum practices. You will help remove obstacles, encourage self-organization, and drive continuous improvement to help the team achieve high performance.

Team Context

You will be part of the Mechatronic Development Cluster Hardware Department within the IGT Fixed Systems R&D organization. This department is composed of an open, multicultural team focusing on both lifecycle management (LCM) and new product development (PDLM).

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and uphold Hybrid Model standards within the Agile team.
• Share knowledge and directly resolve issues within the team.
• Serve as the lean/agile process authority for the Scrum team and its stakeholders.
• Protect the team's ability to operate as a self-organizing unit.
• Coach and influence the team and stakeholders to achieve goals, solve problems, and remove impediments.
• Ensure delivery according to PI Planning Event commitments and maintain iteration predictability and PI predictability.
• Facilitate all Agile team ceremonies.
• Maintain high data quality in Backlog Management Tools from the team's perspective.
• Monitor team velocity, quality metrics, self-assessments, and predictability to support iteration and PI planning.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team performance.

Primary employment conditions

A good salary, between €4000 and €5200 gross per month (classification depending on education and work experience);

13th month salary (is paid out periodically pro rata)

8.33% holiday pay calculated over 12 monthly salaries.

Contract form

A one-year contract, but we would like to work towards a permanent contract;

You will always be paid 100% of your salary, even between assignments.

Secondary employment conditions
