Over onze klantFor a dynamic and international organisation located in the area of Zoeterwoude, active in the IT sector. We are looking for a Financial Administrator to join the finance team. In this role, you are going to work together with the Finance Manager to maintain debtors and creditors management, process invoices and beyond.Functieomschrijving
  • Enter purchase invoices and declarations, often automatically, and manage them within the administration;
  • Serve as the main contact for inquiries regarding the payment status of invoices and declarations;
  • Process bank statements in the administration and prepare payments for approval;
  • Responsible for debtor management, which includes sending reminders and calling customers when necessary;
  • Manage accounts receivable and payable, along with handling expenses;
  • Resolve account discrepancies and perform account reconciliations;
  • Additionally, you create and update spreadsheets for daily transactions and handle accounts payable for various entities and vendors.
Profiel
  • Minimum of a MBO degree in Finance or Accounting;
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Financial Administrator or finance field;
  • Good communications skills;
  • Good command in English & Dutch language, both writing and speaking;
  • You are a proactive person, result driven and have the ability to work independently and part of a team.
