Wat ga je doen?As an aircraft sheet metal worker, you are responsible for performing sheet metal work on aircraft. You will carry out repairs and maintenance work on the exterior of aircraft, such as replacing damaged sheet metal parts, repairing dents, and performing welding tasks. You have a coordinating role, which means you must be able to supervise people and give instructions, ensuring they are followed.Tasks:
  • Within the company’s scope of work, carry out independently all types of aircraft mechanic and/or avionic repairs and modifications on the aircraft.
  • Evaluate and estimate modifications, defect rectifications and other specialized sheet metal repairs.
  • Basic repairs, blend outs and reinforcing repairs.
  • Floor beam and frame installations / repairs.
  • Structural repairs on floor beams, fuselage skin repairs, to include stringers, doublers, and triplers.
  • Corrosion removal, damage evaluation and finish restoration.
  • Familiar with working from SRM’s, RD, Blueprints, Service Bulletins, AD, EA, and EO etc.

  • A salary between €2700 and €3500 per month
  • A full-time position (40 hours)
  • An opportunity to be part of an international organization
  • An opportunity for a direct contract with the client after 6 months of employment
  • 25 vacation days, vacation pay (8%), and pension accrual
  • Travel expense reimbursement: € per km up to a maximum of 30 km one way
