Working at a leading superyacht builder. De functie In this role you will have the following duties and responsibilities:
  • As a Supervisor, you play an integral role within one of our inspiring project teams dedicated to realizing our yachts. Reporting to the Project Manager Production, you leverage your specific and in-depth technical expertise to advise Project Development and Supply Chain Management on work demarcation.
  • Dedicated to a single technical discipline, such as Interior, you possess comprehensive expertise in this area. Our disciplines include Interior, Machinery, Outfit, and Paint. You are responsible for reviewing the Engineering package of production information.
  • Throughout the building process, you oversee, manage, and control the quality of executed work, equipment, and installations to ensure they meet the high-quality expectations of our clients. You coordinate specific technical areas that require your in-depth knowledge and monitor the quality of work in progress.
  • Additionally, you collaborate closely with our partners in a synergistic co-makership approach, identifying and realizing potential synergies based on your expertise and mutual respect.

Jouw profiel
  • Higher Vocational Education or Secondary Vocational Education with relevant work experience (mbo+) in the respective discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience, preferably in the maritime or yacht building industry.
  • Demonstrate competencies in decisiveness, persuasiveness, and customer orientation.
  • Possess a holistic view of the entire process and an ability to understand the big picture.
  • Be a proud and passionate technical professional with a strong desire for continuous learning.
  • Proactively approach problem-solving with a proactive mindset.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience within your technical specialization.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, AutoCAD, and/or Rhinoceros.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English.
