- Collaboration with sales and customer departments for all divisions
- Lead AR-meetings and conduct credit limit checks.
- Manage Factoring contracts and reconcile payment specifications.
- Contact customers to ensure timely payments.
- Request, monitor, and process credit limits.
- Work together with SSC Poland and Portugal for account follow-ups.
- Set out, record, and monitor disputes and payment plans
- Fluent in French and English
- Experience in a similar role
- Proactive self-starter with perseverance and ability to work independently
