  • Partner with our HR Manager and Belgian colleague to drive forward exciting HR projects that enhance our organization's effectiveness.
  • Play a pivotal role in supporting our HR Support Officer with Dutch payroll preparations, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to both employees and managers, providing expert guidance on HR matters and navigating complex socio-legal inquiries.
  • Lead the charge on our occupational health and safety initiatives, conducting impactful absence interviews and facilitating smooth reintegration processes. Stay ahead of legislative changes and collaborate closely with our occupational health service to ensure compliance.
  • Create an exceptional onboarding experience for new team members, guiding them through their first day with warmth and clarity.
  • Conduct insightful exit interviews for departing colleagues and generate valuable reports to inform strategic decision-making.

  • Proven track record in a dynamic HR environment.
  • Demonstrates a thorough understanding of current occupational health and safety regulations.
  • Embodies a passion for learning and a drive to continuously improve.
  • Willing to work at the office full time for the first 3 months
