Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the smooth operation of your part of the preparation process;
- Supporting fellow operators at the machines to ensure smooth operations across the entire department;
- Independently addressing minor malfunctions or reporting them to the technical department (TD);
- Performing replacement tasks as needed;
- Identifying, reporting, and suggesting improvements for any deviations in the production process.

- Ideally, you possess a technical background in the process industry, such as VAPRO A or B. Don't have the required diploma, but brimming with motivation? Your application is still warmly welcomed;
- Previous experience as an operator or in a similar capacity, particularly within the food industry, is advantageous;
- You are available for full-time employment and comfortable working in a 3-shift system;
- Your ability to critically evaluate process improvements comes naturally to you.
