Your role as a Teamleader includes overseeing our logistics operations at Geodis in Venlo. You will face the challenge of ensuring timely delivery of products while maintaining efficiency and team morale. Essential skills include leadership, knowledge of warehouse processes, and strong social abilities.

What You Will Do:

  • Coordinate: the daily logistics activities to align with our goals.
  • Lead: and motivate your team, assigning tasks and setting clear expectations.
  • Monitor: team performance using KPIs to measure success and make adjustments as needed.
  • Solve: problems proactively to ensure a safe and tidy work environment.
  • Contribute: to the continuous improvement of our processes, collaborating with colleagues for the best results.

  • Competitive salary range: €2700 - €3200 per month.
  • Temporary contract through Start People.
  • Full-time engagement, 40-41 hours per week.
  • Evening shift premium of 35% after 19:00.
  • Daily travel allowance up to €11.50.
  • Annual holiday pay at 8.33% of your salary.
