Wat jij doetAls Technical Support Engineer zet jij je kennis in voor ontwerp- en applicatieondersteuning voor paneelbouwpartners en de salesafdeling. Samen met je team ben je verantwoordelijk voor de berekeningen in de engineerings-, offerte- en orderfase, dit doe je uiteraard volgens de geldende richtlijnen en procedures.
In de fase hierna klim je in de rol van ordermanager en beheer je grotere en samengestelde projecten, je kunt denken aan de volgende taken:

  • Bieden van ondersteuning en training aan licentie paneelbouwpartners waarbij je aandacht hebt voor concurrerende oplossingen;
  • Adviseren over materialen en speciale apparatuur;
  • Analyseren van project- en ordergegevens en specificaties;
  • Bezoeken, informeren en adviseren van licentie paneelbouwers over de technische mogelijkheden van systemen en componenten tijdens de offerte en pre-order fase;
  • Coördineren van aanvragen technische documentatie;
  • Signaleren en bespreken van eventuele problemen en/of afwijkingen;
  • Orderplanning en opstellen van technische documentatie.
Ben jij het?
  • Een afgeronde MBO-4 / HBO opleiding richting elektrotechniek, mechatronica of vergelijkbaar;
  • Minimaal 2 jaar relevante werkervaring in een soortgelijke omgeving;
  • Analytisch en probleemoplossend vermogen;
  • Goede sociale vaardigheden;
  • Besluitvaardig;
  • Vloeiend Nederlands in woord en geschrift en goede beheersing van de Engelse taal.
Wat wij bieden
  • Een goed salaris tussen de €3000,- en €3850,- bruto per maand, afhankelijk van je opleiding en/of ervaring;
  • Een fulltimebaan met uitzicht op een vast contract;
  • Mogelijkheid tot directe indiensttreding bij de opdrachtgever;
  • Diverse interne doorgroeimogelijkheden;
  • Maar liefst 25 vakantiedagen met de mogelijkheid tot 13 extra ADV dagen, of 5% ADV toeslag boven op je salaris;
