For the Customer Satisfaction & Quality division of our client in Helmond, we are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer Manufacturing. In this rewarding function, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining product excellence, conducting in-depth analyses, and implementing preventive measures. Your responsibilities will encompass identifying potential issues before they arise, ensuring adherence to Process Control Plans, and leading Process Audits and Failure Mode Effect Analysis. Manpower is looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer Manufacturing for a company based in Helmond.

In this fulltime function, you take any necessary actions to make sure that a product or service will satisfy customer requirements and is the driving force in implementing continuous quality improvement. To accomplish this, you will:

  • Identify non-quality factors continuously, conduct or have other departments conduct in-depth analyses and monitor quality improvement
  • Identify potential issues before they occur and implement preventive
  • Plan and take any necessary actions to provide adequate confidence/evidence that a product or service will satisfy given contractual/explicit customer
  • Ensure that the Process Control Plan is applied and consistent with Failure Mode Effect Analysis (Challenge supervisors to identify and manage risks in a preventive mode)
  • Lead Process Audits and Process Failure Mode Effect Analysis
  • Create and maintain quality control documentation, insure related training and application in the sector
  • Manage derogations
  • Lead continuous improvement on its perimeter
  • Lead containment actions, root cause analysis of quality issue and problem solving on his sector
  • Be a member of the Short Interval Management of the production lines
  • Be the local expert of the assembled products in the sector
