As our superstar breakfast chef, you'll be responsible for making sure our upgraded breakfast is fully stocked at all times. You already have previous experience in kitchens and you're a master at efficient prepping, whipping up tasty breakfast items, and keeping the positive breakfast vibes alive Not only that, you make things happen and exceed expectations on a regular basis. We're looking for you to join our team where you'll have consistent hours and great colleagues

What You'll Do

• You'll take control of the breakfast service and make sure all guests receive a delicious & memorable breakfast
• Set up and break down the breakfast
• You'll understand all details around daily specials, menu changes and special (dietary) needs of guests
• Monitor portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
• Monitor incoming goods – such as supplies, ingredients and prefabricated foods
• You'll maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen
• You'll put away all deliverables in an organized and timely matter
• Monitor accurate execution of food safety guidelines, fire safety policy and working conditions

Who You Are:

• You have relevant previous work experience at a similar level kitchen or hotel;
• You have a strong knowledge of food products according to market standards;
• You're punctual and reliable;
• You're HACCP certified;
• You're legally allowed to work in the Netherlands
