Who we're looking for

We're on the hunt for a creative, detail-oriented, and proactive Marketing Intern to help us grow our brand, engage our community, and expand our reach across multiple channels. You'll be based in our Rotterdam office, with the flexibility of a hybrid setup in the future.

Your role and responsibilities

  • Develop and manage engaging social media content across LinkedIn and other platforms
  • Design eye-catching visual assets (posts, banners, event visuals) in line with the Superconnectors brand
  • Interact with comments, messages, and discussions to strengthen our online presence
  • Create and refine creative assets with photographers, videographers, and designers for major campaigns
  • Develop visuals for smaller events where no on-site photography is available
  • Update the website with upcoming event details, new pictures, and key announcements
  • Build and maintain our monthly newsletter to keep our community informed
  • Share press releases and key updates with media and stakeholders
  • Run analytics on ongoing marketing campaigns and provide weekly status updates
  • Support in creating presentations for key stakeholders, including sponsors and partners
  • Assist in crafting marketing materials for participants alongside major tech conferences (e.g., Web Summit, MWC, Slush…)

What you bring to the table

Skills & Tools

  • Experience with tools like Canva, Figma, Webflow, Hubspot, and Notion.
  • Basic photography and video editing skills
  • Strong writing and communication skills in English
  • Comfortable working with Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations

  • Highly organized with an ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
