In het kortAls Technical lead designer binnen onze business unit High Tech werk je aan veel verschillende opdrachten en projecten in domeinen als medisch en hightech apparatuur. Je technische competenties en persoonlijke vaardigheden zijn even belangrijk. Je rondt projecten succesvol af door goede communicatie met je teamleden, klanten en andere belanghebbenden. Je werkomgeving is in een multidisciplinaire setting op het gebied van productontwikkeling. Regio ‘Brainport’ is vaak het middelpunt.Dit vind je leuk om te doen
  • Werken aan uitdagende projecten, intern en in de regio Eindhoven.
  • Jezelf ontwikkelen als Technical lead designer en je carrière verder uitbouwen
  • Het maken van periodieke reizen naar onze Europese kantoren voor team afstemming en ondersteuning
  • Werken in een multidisciplinaire en internationale omgeving
  • Netwerken en stakeholder management gebruiken
  • Samenwerken in een team met een informele setting
Hier herken je jezelf in
  • Minimaal een Bachelor-diploma op het gebied van software
  • Je hebt minimaal 4 jaar relevante werkervaring
  • Kennis van en ervaring met C, Python en/of C++, STL/Boost libraries
  • Ervaring met modellering, objectgeoriënteerde analyse en ontwerp, UML en ontwerppatronen (pre)
  • Je hebt eerder gewerkt in projecten met Agile/Scrum-methodes en -testprocessen
  • Proactief, je denkt en werkt in processen en houdt het overzicht over alle essentiële technische parameters
  • Ervaring met werken in multidisciplinaire teams.
  • Je hebt een proactieve communicatiestijl: feedback geven en vragen, communicatie met belanghebbenden, probleemoplossende dialogen, initiatief nemen, open en duidelijk teamcommunicatie
  • Je schrijft en spreekt goed Nederlands en Engels.
  • Je woont in de regio Eindhoven en bent in het bezit van een geldig rijbewijs.
